Planet Saz Designs is a female-founded small business based in South Devon. We specialise in creating vibrant, unique, and lightweight jewellery and gifts using the heritage craft of vitreous enamel. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted, combining traditional techniques with contemporary design to deliver exceptional, one-of-a-kind creations.

What is enamelling?

Enamelling is the ancient technique of fusing molten glass to metal. The result is the most beautiful designs and patterns unique to each piece.

Finishings

To complement the beauty of the enamel. We finish our pieces with either 925 sterling silver chains or plain/coloured cords. All earring wires are 925 sterling silver, so hypoallergenic.

Who is Planet Saz Designs?

Hi, I'm Sarah, the creator behind Planet Saz Designs. I live in a charming Devon village with my husband, our two young children, and a wonderfully chaotic menagerie of animals. From our home on the south coast of Devon, where our garden is full of chickens and surrounded by the beauty of nature, I create kiln-fired vitreous enamel jewellery and gifts.

For over 25 years, enamelling has been my passion. In 2022, I took a leap of faith and began selling my work at a local market. The feedback I received was incredible, and it inspired me to continue sharing my creations with others. My workshop, a peaceful sanctuary that overlooks our garden, is where the magic happens—every piece is crafted with love and care.
