1. Handmade Jewellery Disclaimer

All pieces of jewellery at Planet Saz Designs are individually enamelled. Due to the nature of handcrafted work, each item is unique and may feature slight variations in color, texture, or finish. These are not considered defects but part of the charm and individuality of handmade work.

All content on this website—including jewellery designs, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, branding, and logo—is the property of Planet Saz Designs and is protected by intellectual property laws.

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to describe items accurately, including enamel colours, metals used (e.g. copper, silver) and dimensions. Please read the product details carefully. If you have questions about a piece, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Due to differences in device screens and lighting, actual colours may appear slightly different in person.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payment through secure payment gateways including PayPal, credit/debit cards. Your order will be processed once payment is received in full.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 working days. Custom or made-to-order enamel jewellery may take longer—this will be clearly stated on the product page.

We are not responsible for postal delays, customs charges, or lost parcels once the item has been dispatched, though we will do our best to assist if issues arise.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on non-custom enamel jewellery if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Custom, bespoke, or personalized enamel pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. Care Instructions

Enamel jewellery is durable but not indestructible. Please avoid dropping, bending, or exposing it to harsh chemicals or prolonged moisture.

We are happy to advise on how to keep your jewellery looking its best.

8. Limitation of Liability

Planet Saz Designs is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our jewellery or website, including allergic reactions, misuse, or wear and tear.
